1 Application
– +At IntelliConvert, we’re passionate about the transformative power of AI, and we’re proud to introduce you to a key part of our innovation. Our AI interviewer, Zara, reflects our commitment to our mission – build the best products to align with artificial intelligence.
As part of the application process, the next step is a 15 minute interview with our AI interviewer on the Alignerr platform. This will be a video-based interview, which
will be recorded for our team’s review.
This interview is not only an essential part of our process but also a chance for you to experience firsthand one of the tools we’ve developed. We’re incredibly excited
about what we’re building, and we’re eager for you to get a sense of how we approach AI and human collaboration.
Please note this is a mandatory first step in our process so make sure to go through the signup flow and take your interview with Zara.
2 Exploratory conversations
– +You’ll kick off the process with two conversations: one with a Recruiter and one with the Hiring Manager. These are 30 to 45-minute chats designed to get to know each
other, exchange information, and explore alignment. We’ll share more about Labelbox, the team, and the role, and we’re excited to hear about your background,
interests, and what you’re looking for in your next move.
3 Role-specific interviews
– +This stage includes a series of interviews tailored to the role you’re applying for. You’ll meet with future peers and cross-functional partners who will assess key competencies required for success. Expect a mix of technical, strategic, and problem-solving conversations that give you space to show your strengths and learn more about how we work.
4 Onsite
– +Our final stage is the Onsite, where you’ll take part in two core interviews: Topgrading (a deep dive into your career journey) and Mission & Values (focused on cultural alignment). You’ll meet more Labelboxers, get a sense of our ways of working, and walk away with a clear picture of what it’s like to be on the team.
5 Hiring Decision
– +After all interviews, the hiring panel comes together to align on feedback. The Hiring Manager makes the final call, and if we decide to move forward, your Recruiter will walk you through the offer details and help you gear up for a smooth start.
