Role Overview – Finance & Accounting Specialist
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to support a fast-scaling, global CRO agency where every financial decision fuels growth and innovation.
Your Impact
- Manage hands-on accounting functions across U.S. and international clients/projects.
- Lead the month-end close and prepare financial reporting packages.
- Handle revenue recognition for service-based business models.
- Oversee A/R and A/P, including vendor and client billing cycles.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership on budgeting and forecasting.
- Support ad-hoc projects to strengthen financial operations.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights for management.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of accounting or related experience, preferably in SaaS or service-based businesses.
- Strong understanding of global accounting processes, multi-currency transactions, and financial consolidations.
- Knowledge of US GAAP (or equivalent international standards).
- Experience with accounting tools (QuickBooks, Xero, Bill.com, etc.).
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel (pivot tables, lookups, reports).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with remote teams.
- Commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
